New Dawn Treatment Center has been a leader in mental health and substance abuse treatment for over 30 years, serving over a thousand individuals annually across our ten inpatient and outpatient locations.

We are seeking a dedicated Program Director to join our team at New Dawn Treatment Center in Loomis, CA.

In this pivotal role, you will contribute to our mission by providing compassionate support and effective therapeutic interventions to individuals seeking recovery.

Your expertise will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of those we serve.

• Supervise and direct on-site clinical staff.
• Conduct monthly inventory checks and place orders as necessary.
• Works closely with the Clinical Director to develop and manage program services and budgets.
• Report any maintenance, site, or IT issues, and collaborate with the appropriate teams to ensure timely resolution and completion.
• Identify and report on risk management and compliance issues.
• Oversee and manage client incidents, ensuring they are addressed promptly and effectively, and ensure that incident reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Facilitate appropriate therapeutic groups and individual therapy sessions.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy.
• Support clients through crisis intervention and management.
