Job Description

Program Leadership and Delivery

• Represent the company with clients and selected subcontractors during program execution.
• Negotiate scope changes with clients and key subcontractors.
• Collaborate with business development to market and secure additional client work.
• Follow up on project instructions and commitments.
• Participate in regulatory negotiations and public meetings supporting clients.
• Oversee project execution, health and safety, quality assurance, quality control, and related plans.
• Establish program requirements and monitor deliverables for adherence.
• Prepare a concise project description for distribution to the project team.
• Plan, direct, supervise, and control business, technical, fiscal, and administrative project functions.
• Assign responsibilities to subordinates and contribute to performance reviews and development plans.
• Mobilize resources and form project teams with support departments, offices, and subsidiaries.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and plans and monitor program progress, milestones, costs, and schedules.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• At least 20 years of related work experience, including supervisory or managerial experience.
• Significant management experience leading engineers, designers, and technical support personnel.
• Ability to direct work involving complex technical situations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
• Thorough knowledge of current technology and engineering software capabilities.

Additional Qualifications

• Professional Engineer registration with active membership in a professional engineering society may be required.
• Master's degree in engineering or a related field is desired.
