The Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Program Delivery Manager to lead the planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of enterprise programs.
  • The ideal candidate will oversee multiple interconnected projects, coordinate cross functional teams, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure strategic initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement program delivery strategies, governance frameworks, methodologies, and execution plans aligned with organizational objectives and portfolio priorities.
  • Lead end to end delivery of complex business, technology, operational, and transformation programs comprising multiple projects and cross functional workstreams.
  • Collaborate with project managers, operations, finance, technology, product management, procurement, quality assurance, legal, risk management, and executive leadership to ensure successful program execution.
  • Define program scope, objectives, success criteria, roadmaps, milestones, resource plans, budgets, and delivery schedules while maintaining alignment with strategic business goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including schedule adherence, budget performance, milestone achievement, resource utilization, risk exposure, quality outcomes, stakeholder satisfaction, and program benefits realization.
  • Manage program governance, steering committee meetings, executive reporting, decision making processes, change requests, issue resolution, and escalation management throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Identify and manage program risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and cross project impacts while implementing effective mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Ensure program deliverables meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, organizational governance policies, and customer expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing standardized project management methodologies, delivery best practices, Agile and hybrid frameworks, automation opportunities, and lessons learned across programs.
  • Utilize Project Portfolio Management (PPM) platforms, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Microsoft Project, Jira, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, collaboration platforms, and analytics tools to monitor delivery performance and support decision making.
  • Prepare program dashboards, executive reports, financial forecasts, governance documentation, benefits realization reports, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership and steering committees.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop project managers, program coordinators, business analysts, delivery teams, and cross functional stakeholders while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Master's degree or professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Program Management Professional (PgMP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI ACP), MSP, or equivalent are highly advantageous.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, project delivery, portfolio management, business transformation, or related leadership roles.
  • 2+ years of experience managing enterprise programs, cross functional project portfolios, or strategic transformation initiatives preferred.
  • Strong understanding of program governance, project management methodologies, Agile delivery, risk management, financial management, stakeholder engagement, benefits realization, and organizational change management.
  • Experience with PPM platforms, Microsoft Project, Jira, ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, collaboration tools, and project reporting solutions.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation, cloud technologies, AI powered project management, process automation, enterprise architecture, and operational excellence frameworks is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, organizational, financial, negotiation, and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, executive presentation, facilitation, and cross functional collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to lead complex enterprise programs while balancing strategic objectives, operational priorities, quality, budget, timelines, and organizational change.
  • Ability to work independently in remote and hybrid environments.
