Hult Ashridge is seeking a Qualifications Program Coordinator to support executive qualifications and apprenticeship programs.
Program Coordinators provide participant and faculty support and help deliver academic programs to a high standard.

The organization provides leadership and organizational development solutions for global organizations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate qualifications programs under the guidance of the Program Manager and Academic Director.
- Liaise with Ashridge House for services required during on-site program delivery.
- Provide technical facilitation for online program delivery using relevant platforms.
- Use program handbooks, assignment briefs, and regulations to answer student and other queries.
- Administer documentation, enrollment, assessment, marking, results, activity tracking, records, and reporting.
- Plan program activities, logistics, resources, materials, and student satisfaction surveys.
- Build relationships with faculty, finance, house, and sales teams.
- Process supplier and adjunct invoices accurately and on time using the internal invoicing system.
