WELL Health is seeking a hands-on, deadline-driven coordinator for a fast-moving patient consent growth and adoption program.

The role drives execution by tracking owners, dates, blockers, commitments, and program performance metrics.

The coordinator works across consent capture, data readiness, activation, and multiple business stakeholders.

Build and run clinic-by-clinic adoption plans and identify root causes of low adoption.
Conduct regular in-clinic site visits and follow up with clinic managers and engagement staff.
Track clinic adoption against targets and flag data gaps.
Implement patient communication and marketing techniques to optimize adoption.

Coordinate pilots and readiness for direct-to-patient telehealth, patient-facing websites, online booking, engagement channels, and clinic expansion.
Track web and portal consent opportunities to ensure they are actively used.
