Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Public Administration, Public Health, Social Work, Behavioral Health, Healthcare Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in behavioral health, healthcare compliance, contract management, grants management, quality assurance, or program administration.
Knowledge of DMC ODS, DMH, California DHCS regulations, county contract requirements, and behavioral health accreditation standards.
Strong analytical, project management, report-writing, and data management skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and compliance tracking systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while working collaboratively across departments.
