The role supports executive assistance, office administration, strategic and operational projects, and the investment advisory team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, plan travel, and prepare expense reports.
- Support business development and procurement activities.
- Support leadership on ad hoc strategic and operational projects, including market research, process improvement, and cross-functional initiatives.
