Role Overview
The organization supports training programs, workshops, seminars, webinars, and corporate education initiatives.
The assistant provides administrative and operational support across the full training lifecycle.
The role is fully remote in the United Arab Emirates and part-time.
Core Responsibilities
- Support training program, workshop, seminar, webinar, and professional-development administration.
- Maintain calendars, schedules, session plans, task trackers, and administrative checklists.
- Coordinate participant registration, attendance, reminders, inquiries, onboarding, and follow-up.
- Coordinate trainers, instructors, speakers, consultants, clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare agendas, participant lists, attendance sheets, handouts, certificates, feedback forms, and training materials.
- Set up virtual sessions using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or comparable platforms, including basic troubleshooting.
- Coordinate physical workshop logistics, suppliers, quotations, deliveries, invoices, contracts, and program expenses where applicable.
- Maintain records and prepare reports covering registrations, attendance, completion, feedback, supplier status, and outstanding actions.
- Support assessments, examinations, evaluations, certification administration, corporate training, and customized client sessions.
- Protect confidential information, follow company and data-protection procedures, and identify operational improvements.
