The Role
Support program administration, workshop coordination, participant registration, trainer communication, scheduling, materials preparation, and training logistics.
The organization delivers training programs, workshops, seminars, corporate learning, and skills-development initiatives.
Work Arrangement
- The role is part-time and fully remote in the United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and administer training programs, workshops, seminars, webinars, and professional-development sessions.
- Maintain schedules, calendars, session plans, task trackers, and administrative checklists.
- Coordinate participant registration, attendance, reminders, inquiries, and communications.
- Coordinate trainers, instructors, facilitators, speakers, consultants, and subject-matter experts.
- Prepare agendas, participant lists, attendance sheets, handouts, certificates, feedback forms, and training documents.
- Support virtual sessions using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or comparable platforms, including basic troubleshooting.
- Coordinate physical workshop logistics, venues, catering, audiovisual providers, printing, equipment, and supplies where applicable.
- Maintain records, monitor attendance and capacity, coordinate changes and transfers, and support assessments and certifications.
