5+ years of experience in HR operations, EOR services, or managing programs in a fast-paced company.
Experience running big projects with many people, tight deadlines, and international teams. You should also know how to build clear processes and guides from scratch.
Good understanding of international employment laws and how EOR services work.
Experience owning case management systems (e.g., Salesforce) and knowledge management ecosystems (e.g., Confluence, Help Centre), plus designing training curricula and coach-the-coach frameworks for frontline leaders.
Great at planning projects, spotting risks, and keeping everyone updated on progress.
Comfortable using data to build dashboards and using those numbers to make decisions.
Clear writing and speaking skills, with the ability to explain things to anyone from support staff to executives.
Comfort operating across time zones and managing workstreams that span multiple regions simultaneously.
