Role Overview
The Program and Delivery Manager leads delivery of data and artificial intelligence products for HR, Legal, and Corporate Development functions.
The role owns a portfolio from demand intake through design, build, deployment, adoption, and value realization.
The position manages a delivery team and serves as a primary contact for senior functional leadership.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery, prioritization, roadmaps, release plans, governance, and delivery performance across the portfolio.
- Manage team hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance, capability building, and retention.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, contractor costs, vendor relationships, statements of work, and service-level performance.
- Coordinate with architecture, enterprise architecture, and cybersecurity to protect sensitive employee and legal information.
- Drive Agile delivery, change management, user adoption, and measurement of realized benefits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as B.E., B.Tech, MCA, or B.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- At least 14 years of relevant IT delivery experience.
