Program Analyst (Secret Clearance)

NOTE: Currently this position is onsite with 1-2 days a week telework.

What level Clearance do I need?

You must possess an active Secret clearance .

Who will I be working with?

In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors, and with our team of other awesome Inflowees.

You will be supporting the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) for the Department of Defense (DOD).

What will I be doing?

Using your expertise as a Program Analyst , you will be providing support by defining, documenting, and recommending changes in line with best practices to improve processes, planning and implementation.

You will also be assisting with the IT organizational changes that require additional mapping and processes.

In addition, you will:

• Assist with creating, reviewing, editing, and updating SOPs, communication plans, control plans, project documents, charters, instructions, or other documents
• Map assigned business processes, validate and update existing business process maps
• Provide mapping support for additional component and organizational realignments
• Provide root cause analysis of process issues
• Assist in all CPI project phases as assigned
• Provide information, research, and recommendations
• Assist in establishing Corrective Action Request (CAR) processes
• Assist with creation of implementation schedule and strategy of potential improvements
• Support projects and assist in tracking their progress
• Attend project and stakeholder meetings
• Assist with the development and creation of electronic libraries and indexing structures
