RESPONSIBILITIES
- · Quality check and control of in-progress work orders
- · Assign work orders to contractors once QA has been completed
- · Track work orders from beginning to end to ensure compliance with program requirements
- · Revising work orders with any changes required after initial audit
- · Communication regarding outstanding work orders
- · Assisting with process of invoice packages
- · Prepare and set up new contractors in the program
- · Handling contractor and customer issues and escalating when necessary
REQUIREMENTS
- · Good organization skills
- · High level of attention to detail
- · Ability to manage day-to-day tasks with ease and independence
- · Microsoft program experience an asset
- · Strong in verbal, written and visual communication
- · Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
