Purpose and Program Context
The k2i academy develops equitable and inclusive STEAM experiences for youth, educators, and communities.
Programs address systemic barriers to STEM post-secondary pathways and engage underrepresented groups and diverse learners.
The Program Administrator coordinates program logistics and supports program design and delivery with internal and external partners.
Program Administration
- Coordinate scheduling, materials planning, program registration, and pre- and post-program evaluation.
- Support k2i operational functions and program delivery in collaboration with the Programming Officer.
- Work with school boards, schools, educators, community organizations, government organizations, and other partners.
Program and Budget Coordination
- Coordinate participant registration processes and maintain complex registration databases.
- Select and procure STEM and STEAM learning resources.
- Track project budgets and facilitate collaborative teams for complex programs.
- Support the development of sustainable, equity-focused K-12 STEM educational experiences.
