The Role
We are seeking an experienced Program Administrator to join our growing Utilities team based in the Gympie Region . This is a key support role responsible for providing administrative, reporting and coordination assistance across a portfolio of predominantly Queensland-based projects, while also supporting national operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced project environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in keeping programs organised and running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across multiple projects and programs.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, registers and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes and track action items.
- Assist with project reporting, document control and data management.
- Support Project Managers with day-to-day program administration.
- Maintain accurate project records and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to support project delivery and reporting requirements.
- Assist with the coordination of project schedules, variations and administrative processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and reporting efficiencies.
The successful applicant will ideally have
Previous experience in a similar position
Experience within utilities, construction or engineering industries will be highly regarded.
Strong administration experience within a project-based environment.
