Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts end to end and turn them into viral growth machines
- Create and execute content strategy including brand voice, content pillars, monthly calendar, and KPIs
- Write professional scripts, hooks, captions, and Reels scripts
- Achieve monthly reach growth, follower growth, viral posts, and engagement rate targets
Requirements
- Deep, advanced understanding of Meta algorithms (Facebook, Instagram, Reels)
- Master level content writing: hooks, captions, Reels scripts, viral CTAs
- End to end strategy: brand voice to content pillars to monthly calendar to KPIs
- Multi platform expertise: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube
- Proven track record of viral reach and measurable follower growth
- Bilingual writing at native level — Arabic & English
- AI Mastery: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Manus
- Experience with trends tools: Talkwalker, Exploding Topics, BuzzSumo, Flick, Ritetag
