Responsibilities
- Define and execute global professional channel strategy across dermatology clinics, aesthetic medicine practices, plastic surgery centers, and luxury wellness partners
- Identify, recruit, and develop high value clinical partners and centers of excellence
- Drive new business acquisition and achieve annual sales, distribution, and profitability objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with influential dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, and industry thought leaders
- Support clinic onboarding, implementation, and integration of Noble Panacea into treatment protocols
- Conduct regular business reviews with clinic owners, medical directors, and leadership teams
- Partner with Marketing and Brand to align local strategies and brand visibility
- Provide market intelligence on industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Degree in clinical, life sciences, healthcare, or related field preferred
- Up to 10 years of experience in professional skincare, medical aesthetics, dermatology, or related healthcare sectors
- Proven success working with physician dispensed skincare brands such as SkinCeuticals, ZO Skin Health, Skinbetter Science, Alastin, Obagi, or similar
- Strong existing network of KOLs and industry influencers within dermatology and aesthetic medicine
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%

Role Overview
- Seeking a highly connected and commercially driven leader to build and scale the Professional Skincare Channel globally.
- Focus on dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, plastic surgeons, and leading medical aesthetic clinics.
- Also develop strategic partnerships within luxury wellness, longevity, and hospitality environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute global professional channel strategy.
- Identify, recruit, and develop high value clinical partners.
- Drive new business acquisition and achieve annual sales objectives.
- Build strategic partnerships with leading dermatologists and clinic groups.
- Lead negotiations and commercial agreements.
- Develop strategic partnerships with longevity clinics, wellness destinations, and luxury spas.
KOL Development & Medical Advocacy
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with influential dermatologists and aesthetic physicians.
- Identify opportunities for clinical collaborations, advisory boards, and educational initiatives.
- Represent Noble Panacea at major dermatology and aesthetic medicine congresses.
Clinical Adoption & Account Growth
- Support clinic onboarding and integration of Noble Panacea into treatment protocols.
- Develop customized business growth plans for key accounts.
- Monitor account productivity and commercial KPIs.
- Partner with Education teams to train physicians and clinic staff.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clinic owners.
Cross Functional & Project Work
- Partner with Marketing and Brand to align local strategies.
- Translate complex scientific concepts into business opportunities.
- Provide market intelligence on industry trends.
- Contribute to global professional channel best practices.
Requirements
- Degree in clinical, life sciences, healthcare, or related field preferred.
- Additional business education (MBA or equivalent) highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of dermatology, skin biology, aesthetic medicine, and physician dispensed skincare.
- Up to 10 years of experience in professional skincare, medical aesthetics, or related sectors.
- Proven success with physician dispensed skincare brands.
- Strong existing network of KOLs in dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%.
