Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Verify and implement detailed technical designs and develop enterprise-level solutions.
• Lead technical assessments and solution delivery for clients.
• Manage team performance and lifecycle.
• Coordinate installation, design, and migration across networks, applications, or platforms.
• Provide advanced consulting, proposal support, system tuning, and solution modifications.
• Respond to technical inquiries and develop solutions using industry-standard products.
• Share knowledge, produce technical materials, and present at conferences.
• Support sales activities, manage bids, and grow existing customer portfolios.

Education and Experience

• At least 8 years of professional experience with a relevant bachelor's degree, or at least 11 years without a degree.
• Broad and deep technical expertise across multiple technologies.
• Proven innovation, communication, and leadership in delivering solutions.
• Recognition as an expert in at least one technology area.
• Effective communication with senior management and troubleshooting across complex environments.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities, contribute to proposals, manage teams, and deliver comprehensive implementations.
