Professional Senior, Engineering - Materials & Processes (St-Laurent, Québec, CA, H4R 1K2)

You have a bachelor degree in Materials, Mechanical or Chemical engineering from an accredited university

You have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience working as M&P in an aerospace/military production environment.

You have significant knowledge on aircraft interior materials and processes such as surface treatments, coatings, protective finishes, leather, upholstery, woodworking etc.

You are knowledgeable about typical military and/or aerospace industry standards such as CMH-17, MIL specs, Federal regulations, ASTM, ISO and SAE specifications

You have strong knowledge about flammability requirements according to FAR 25 regulations

You are proficient in engineering design principles and reviewing drawings

You have excellent organizational and project planning skills

You are adept at solving engineering problems in a high-pressure environment and can deal with complex issues quickly and independently

You have excellent communication skills in English and French (written and oral)

You must be able to work in a team environment and interact constantly with Senior Management, Professionals and Technicians from other value stream functions (Methods, Quality, Logistics etc.)

You are proficient with CATIA V5 and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
