Work collaboratively with your team to meet production goals and deadlines
Follow all safety guidelines, keep your work area clean, and wear required protective equipment
Safely operate and work around production machinery and equipment
Set up, adjust, and run equipment according to production orders
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Solve problems and make decisions to keep production running smoothly
Support other team members and assist with additional tasks as needed
High school diploma or GED required
Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed
Basic math skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. occasionally (waist level) and 30 lbs. at shoulder level
Push/pull up to 70 lbs. occasionally
Perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods (up to 12-hour shifts)
Frequent reaching, occasional bending, kneeling, or squatting
Comfortable working in a moderate to loud environment with seasonal temperature changes
