Role Description

  • The Production & Vendor Manager is a full time, on site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing end to end production and vendor management for experiential campaigns and events.
  • This role includes sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding vendors; managing contracts; and coordinating procurement of materials and services to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • The Production & Vendor Manager will work closely with internal teams to translate creative concepts into executable plans, supervise quality control during production, and resolve operational issues with vendors.
  • Day to day tasks also include monitoring project timelines, tracking costs, maintaining vendor relationships, and preparing status reports and documentation to support smooth execution of brand experiences.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret project requirements, evaluate vendor performance, and manage budgets effectively.
  • Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation and Procurement skills to secure favorable terms, source reliable suppliers, and optimize cost and quality.
  • Candidates should possess Contract Management skills to oversee agreements, ensure compliance with terms, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, coordinate with vendors, and present clear updates to stakeholders.
  • Relevant experience in production management, event operations, or experiential marketing, ideally within an agency or brand environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a track record of handling multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Comfort with using project management tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
