• Understanding of the manufacturing environment and running lines.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint is required.
• Ability to train and develop team members to improve performance and process times through classroom, hands on instruction.
• Strong communication, public speaking, and organization skills.
• Strategic, analytical, and creative thinker, ability to generate new ideas and approaches to problems.

• Learn and gather information at a fast pace.

• Knowledge of LMS and training systems.
• Experience in the training field.
• Ability to give and receive constructive criticism as it relates to the knowledge of machinery and work practices.
• Ability to collect data for daily reporting to upper-level management
• High school diploma or GED
