X-Ray Technology is looking for a Production Technician to join our manufacturing team in Scotts Valley.
In this role, you'll help build precision X-ray components and products while working in a safe, team-oriented environment.

What You'Ll Do
As a Production Technician, you'll be a key member of our production team, helping ensure products are built safely, accurately, and on schedule.
Include
- Assemble and manufacture X-ray tubes and related components according to established procedures.
- Follow production schedules and complete assigned work on time.
- Operate production equipment, tools, and machinery safely and effectively.
- Inspect parts and completed work to ensure high-quality standards are met.
- Monitor production processes and report issues or improvement opportunities.
- Support continuous improvement efforts that help increase quality, efficiency, and safety.
- Work closely with teammates and other departments to meet production goals.
- Follow all company quality standards, work instructions, and safety procedures.
- Assist in safety audits and help address any identified concerns.
- Support other production areas as business needs change.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to help the team succeed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, mechanical, or technical experience preferred.
- Ability to follow written instructions, procedures, and technical documents.
- Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English to follow work instructions, safety procedures, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
This is an active manufacturing role that requires the ability to:
- Stand and walk for most or all of a shift.
- Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Use hand tools and perform detailed assembly work.
- Handle small components with accuracy and precision.
- Bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the day.
- Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and respirators when needed.
- Read work instructions, drawings, and computer-based information.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Compensation
In accordance with California law, the expected salary for this full-time, benefited position is between $20/hr - $23/hr.
The actual compensation will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience and other factors permitted by law.
