About the Role
Nuclear Restoration Services is seeking an electrically skilled Production Technician to perform preventative and reactive electrical maintenance at the Oldbury site. The role requires a Level 3 electrical qualification, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, and City & Guilds 2391-52 Inspection and Testing.

Responsibilities
- Delivering planned and reactive electrical maintenance
- Assisting with fault investigations and resolving issues safely
- Working within defined procedures, standards and risk assessments
- Sharing expertise to support team learning
- Supporting preventative and reactive electrical maintenance across the site
Requirements
- Level 3 electrical qualification or equivalent experience
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (C&G 2382)
- City and Guilds 2391 52 Inspection and Testing qualification
- Ability to read electrical drawings and carry out effective fault finding
- Strong electrical background ideally gained within an industrial or similarly technical environment
- Ability to work safely with complex systems
- Collaborative approach and confidence working within structured procedures
- IPAF or MEWP licences, working with cranes, or knowledge of motors and associated systems would be beneficial

Role Overview
- This position sits within the Maintenance team at Oldbury, supporting preventative and reactive electrical maintenance across the site.
- You'll be part of an experienced maintenance team delivering safe, reliable and compliant electrical work across the site.

Who are we looking for?
- A strong electrical background is essential, ideally gained within an industrial or similarly technical environment.
- A Level 3 electrical qualification or equivalent experience is required.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (C&G 2382) and City and Guilds 2391 52 Inspection and Testing qualification are essential.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and carry out effective fault finding.
- Additional experience such as IPAF or MEWP licences, working with cranes, or knowledge of motors and associated systems would be beneficial.
