Responsibilities
- Mechanical assembly of device components, including covers, fasteners, and locking mechanisms
- Electrical wiring and connection of modules, sensors, and PCBs according to color coded schematics
- Use of torque tools, hand tools (e.g. Torx TX10–TX30), and crimping tools
- Routing, labelling, and securing of cables with ties
- Identification and registration of serial numbers and component IDs
- Work according to step by step visual work instructions provided in English
- Create and maintain clear documentation for tests, measurements, and repairs in accordance with SOPs
- Monitor recurring issues, propose systematic solutions, and support initiatives to optimise production flow
- Maintain a clean, organised workspace and adhere to all health, safety, and environmental requirements
- Label printing using ZEBRA printer
Requirements
- Secondary education in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics)
- Previous experience in electronics or mechanical assembly is a strong advantage
- Ability to follow complex assembly procedures with a high degree of precision and attention to detail
- Good manual dexterity, visual accuracy, and reliability
- Experience with torque controlled assembly is an advantage
- Ability to carry boxes for assembly

Job Responsibilities

- Communication with other members (Production Technologist Production Manager – other units)
- Documentation – Create and maintain clear documentation for tests, measurements, and repairs in accordance with SOPs and quality standards
- Continuous Improvement – Monitor recurring issues, propose systematic solutions, and support initiatives to optimise production flow and product quality
- HSE & 5S Compliance – Maintain a clean, organised workspace and adhere to all health, safety, and environmental requirements
- Collaboration – Work closely with the Production Supervisor and cross functional teams to ensure smooth production and timely issue resolution
Requirements
- Secondary education in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics)
- Previous experience in electronics or mechanical assembly is a strong advantage (e.g. automotive, electronics, appliances, or medical devices)
- Ability to follow complex assembly procedures with a high degree of precision and attention to detail
- Good manual dexterity, visual accuracy, and reliability
- Experience with torque controlled assembly is an advantage
- Ability to carry boxes for assembly
