Production Technician ($24/Hr) - 2nd Shift

• 0-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• A natural mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Ability to take directions and work collaboratively within a team.
• Capacity to lift 20-40 pounds frequently and maintain a fast-paced work ethic.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills, with clear and legible handwriting.
• Good manual handling skills and hand-eye coordination.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.

• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry, especially in production settings.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with FDA compliant facilities and quality assurance processes.
• Mechanical or equipment training is advantageous.
• Experience in continuous improvement practices to enhance production efficiency.
• Leadership potential and abilities, with a drive to contribute positively to the team environment.
