For the role of a Production Team Leader we are looking for:

Ensures compliant delivery of quality checks and documentation / quality IT system entries through team members.

Root cause / solution delivery of identified Non-Conformance materials, packaging or finished goods.

Ensure personal and team compliance with mandatory training requirements - plant / factory and role specific.

Competent at leading and running process and/or production area to an agreed performance level to deliver required OEE output.

Take responsibility for the daily production plan requirements and resource availability (team and materials) to ensure OEE and production targets are delivered to plan.

Uses information to drive daily performance by setting / challenging objectives within the team.

Closes works orders in a timely manner and investigates and where possible resolves any abnormal losses.

Leads yield performance improvement and delivers corrective actions based on analysis.
