Production Support Engineer

. Hands on experience on Job scheduling software and its job configuration - Autosys, Tidal, control M or any similar one

. Knowledge and hands on experience on scripting - Unix, Windows Batch, PowerShell, or any similar one

. Ticketing tool - Service Now or any similar one

. Knowledge in ITIL Process

. Experience in writing SQL queries

. Experience MSSQL, Oracle DB Operations and basic admin functions *

. Experience in managing and installing mission critical production software patches.

. Experience on System Monitoring and disaster recovery/business continuity.

. Basic knowledge of Cloud Computing - Azure or Similar

. Experience in Production support - L3/L4 Role

. Basic Networking/SFTP

Mandatory Skills: Broadcom Autosys.

Experience: 8-10 Years.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from CAD 100000 to CAD 110000.
