Production Support Engineer (Electrical Engineering)

Experience within an electrical design, production support, manufacturing engineering or product support role.

Experience with LV Switchgear, modular power systems or similar engineered to order products is advantageous.

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, general arrangements, specifications, BOMs and production documentation.

Practical understanding of electrical components, component substitution, manufacturing and change control.

Experience updating BOMs and engineering data within business systems, ERP/MRP processes, is advantageous.

Working knowledge of 2D CAD tools, preferably Autodesk AutoCAD or similar.

Knowledge of PLM/PDM systems such as Autodesk Vault is advantageous.

Practical, proactive and flexible approach to problem solving.

Excellent interpersonal, communication; verbal, written and presentational skills are essential.

Ability to work independently while supporting wider team goals and business priorities.

A full UK driving licence is required, where occasional travel between sites is required.
