Production Support Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Complete and support batch documentation review activities.
• Create, update, and maintain production SOPs and batch records.
• Coordinate quality process documentation and tracking activities.
• Support production projects through scheduling, facilitation, and administrative coordination.
• Collect and analyze operational data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare training packages, training documentation, and support operational training programs.
• Assist with purchasing consumables, inventory management, and ERP system transactions.
• Organize meetings and prepare reports, presentations, and departmental communications.
• Support GMP compliance, quality initiatives, and safety programs.
• Assist with special projects and departmental initiatives as required.

Education

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an operations or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, or other regulated manufacturing environment is considered an asset.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.

• Starting at approximately $65,000 CAD , with opportunity for an increase based on qualifications and experience. Total rewards include comprehensive benefits, bonus eligibility, and professional development support.
