- Supervise daily production activities and workforce.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate production schedules with the sales and project teams.
- Monitor material usage and inventory requirements.
- Oversee signage fabrication, branding, printing, and installation processes.
- Implement productivity improvements and maintain workplace safety.
- Ensure customer specifications and deadlines are achieved.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of Production Supervisor experience in the UAE (mandatory)
- Hands on experience in the Signage and Advertising industry
- Strong knowledge of indoor and outdoor signage production, branding and advertising projects, printing processes and materials, installation coordination and site execution, production planning and scheduling, quality control and safety standards
- Ability to supervise production staff and coordinate with designers, project managers, suppliers, and installers
- Good communication and leadership skills
- UAE driving license is an advantage
