Production Supervisor

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Directly supervises employees. Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws, which includes: include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Schedule: This supervisory level position is overtime-exempt and will primarily work ten or more hours per day, four days per week based on business needs. Primary schedule will be supporting 5PM– 3:30AM Monday through Thursday. May support operations as needed on weekends. Weekend Night schedule will be 6PM to 6AM Friday through Sunday.
• Qualifications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to build a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years’ related experience in roll forming, metal fabrication and/or similar manufacturing environment
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft office products and ability to learn/use manufacturing software Global Shop Solutions.
• US Person or meets ITAR/EAR requirements
• Willingness to relocate within 45 miles of facility
• Preferred
• Bachelor's degree
• 2-5 years’ experience supervising or managing others
• Knowledge of metal forming, tube bending, and/or various welding processes
• Advanced Lean Manufacturing experience
• ISO/Quality experience
