Production Supervisor - Night Shift

You bring a genuine interest in food manufacturing and a commitment to delivering products that meet the highest standards of taste, nutrition, and reliability. You understand that every decision you make impacts the quality of food that reaches consumers’ tables.

You have experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment, ideally within food production or consumer packaged goods. You are skilled at managing unionized workforces and navigating complex operational challenges. Your strong communication and organizational skills help you build collaborative relationships across departments. You are comfortable analyzing root causes and implementing sustainable solutions that improve performance. You create an inclusive workplace culture where safety and respect are priorities.
