This position will be primarily based out of our Mesa I facility located at 4712 South Ellsworth Road, Mesa, AZ 85212. Though pending business needs could slide to other AZ sites.
Schedule (Current as of posting, but is subject to change pending business needs)
On-site ; Full-time ; Varying Hours ; Two primary schedules are currently used, though may vary slightly in timing to support production. 1st Shift Based: Monday-Thursday, 10.00 hour shift, 05:00AM-03:30PM, also supporting Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday pending business needs.
2nd Shift Based: Monday-Thursday, 10.00 hour shift, 03:30PM-02:00AM, also supporting Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday pending business needs.
Position Description
Production Supervisor's primary role within the organization is to coordinate, plan, and direct the production team to achieve production goals. This role has a direct impact on growing the business and developing each individual on their team. This position is on-site, full-time, with hours that can vary outside the standard scheduled hours pending business needs which could include Friday, Saturday, and/or Sundays. This is to best support our customers' needs.
Production Supervisors are empowered to navigate trade-offs and expected to make decisions. They are highly responsible in promoting a culture based on safety, quality, core values, productivity, and respect. This role interacts regularly with Sales Engineers, Design, Quality, Safety, and Purchasing to ensure cross-department communication. This role reports to the Production Managers for our Arizona-based operations.

Knowledge about metal fabrication and made-to-order custom manufacturing.
Knowledge about ISO 9001 Quality Standards.
Comprehensive understanding in both standard and metric, dimensional and fractional measurements.

While on production floor: Ability to stand, walk, bend, extend, reach, push, pull, grasp, and twist for long periods of time throughout shift, many positions are standing or walking majority of shift. Ability to frequently lift and/or push or pull up to 25lbs and occasionally lift and/or push or pull up to 50lbs without assistance.

Fundamental understanding of English language and able to show evidence can read at base comprehension level. Though we strive to bridge language gaps, most paperwork and programs are in English. Reading is crucial as someone is not always readily available to provide translations.
