Position Overview
Lead end-to-end factory manufacturing, assembly, and fit-out operations for modular cabins, container conversions, modular offices, and prefabricated accommodation units.
Provide technical leadership across structural fabrication, MEP installation, interior fit-out, and shop-floor problem solving.
Location and Work Type
- The role is based in the UAE.
- This is a full-time, in-person position.
Production Management
- Plan, schedule, and supervise daily workshop manufacturing activities for steel-framed modular units and container conversions.
- Oversee structural steel cutting, welding, base-frame preparation, side-panel modification, wall paneling, and roof insulation.
- Direct and verify internal electrical wiring, power distribution boards, AC or HVAC systems, plumbing distribution, and drainage connections.
- Manage interior insulation, wall cladding, ceiling fit-outs, doors, windows, flooring, painting, and architectural finishing.
- Ensure compliance with build drawings, client specifications, factory quality checks, and workshop HSE protocols.
- Review fabrication drawings and layout concepts and resolve structural or MEP interference issues on the factory floor.
- Coordinate with inventory to stage raw materials, consumables, and specialized trade tools for production runs.
