Trystar’s team members are our most important asset, and we are in search of a Production Supervisor based at our Faribault Plant.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the fabrication department during second shift, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and people objectives are achieved.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong fabrication and manufacturing experience who can effectively manage production associates and team leads, drive continuous improvement, maintain production schedules, and foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational excellence.

• Identify, implement, and champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, eliminate waste, and improve operating performance.
