Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate 100 150 factory employees across manufacturing departments
- Plan and allocate manpower to meet production requirements
- Ensure smooth execution of production schedules and monitor workflow efficiency
- Ensure timely completion of customer orders
- Maintain highest standards of quality control and craftsmanship in diamond jewellery manufacturing
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective measures to drive efficiency
- Coordinate closely with production, quality control, inventory, and management teams
- Train, mentor, and evaluate employees to build a skilled, motivated, and disciplined workforce
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and safety regulations
- Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of machinery, equipment, and tools
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in diamond jewellery manufacturing
- Experience managing a workforce of 100 150 employees
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including production planning and quality assurance
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory
- Computer literacy and experience with production management systems are an advantage

Position Summary
- The Factory Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our diamond jewellery manufacturing facility, managing a workforce of 50–100 employees, and ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and operational efficiencies are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate 100–150 factory employees across manufacturing departments, planning and allocating manpower to meet production requirements.
- Ensure smooth execution of production schedules, monitor workflow efficiency, and ensure timely completion of customer orders.
