Production Manager – Aluminum, Glass & Metal Works
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager for our Aluminum, Glass & Metal Fabrication Division.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in aluminum, glass, and metal fabrication industry
- Strong knowledge in aluminum systems, glazing works, steel fabrication, and factory operations
- Experience in production planning, manpower handling, and factory supervision
- Ability to manage fabrication schedules and meet project deadlines
- Knowledge of shop drawings and coordination with project/site teams
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Experience in quality control and safety procedures
- UAE/GCC experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage daily factory and production operations
- Supervise fabrication, assembly, glazing, and metal works production
- Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and design departments
- Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved
- Monitor quality standards, productivity, and material usage
- Lead factory staff, supervisors, and machine operators
- Prepare production progress reports and resolve production issues
