Production Supervisor

Establishes a comprehensive cross training program to establish that each machine/area is staffed by a qualified team member.

Ensures work performed is in compliance with written ISO procedures.

Creates an atmosphere that promotes constant process improvement.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or three to five years related experience and or training. Prefer Bachelor’s degree.

Must have excellent planning and organizational skills.

Must be able to work comfortably with other departments.

Must have a lean manufacturing background.

Must have experience working and being fully responsible for a 2nd Shift.

Must be able to make decisive and independent decisions.

Experience supervising in a union environment a plus.

Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and analytical skills
