Production Supervisor, Bulk x2

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily manufacturing operations to deliver production schedules safely, efficiently and in compliance with GMP requirements.

Coordinate team resources and workflows to ensure manufacturing targets and operational KPIs are achieved.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement through standard work practices, problem-solving and process optimisation.

Coach, develop and lead a high-performing team, fostering accountability, engagement and capability growth.

Support quality systems including investigations, deviations, CAPAs and training compliance.

Build strong partnerships with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Validation and Supply Chain stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.

Skills & Experience

Tertiary qualification in Science, Engineering or a related discipline

Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.

Proven experience leading manufacturing or production teams and delivering operational results.

Strong knowledge of cGMP requirements, quality systems, deviations and change control processes.

Demonstrated stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.

Continuous improvement mindset with a strong focus on safety, quality and operational excellence.
