A Garments Factory Supervisor oversees daily production activities in a Uniforms manufacturing facility.
The role ensures production targets, quality standards, worker safety, and delivery schedules are achieved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise garment production lines and factory workers
- Monitor daily production output and ensure targets are met
- Ensure stitching, cutting, finishing, and packing processes follow quality standards
- Coordinate with production managers, quality control, and maintenance teams
- Train and guide sewing operators and helpers
- Monitor worker attendance, discipline, and productivity
- Reduce production delays, defects, and material wastage
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and factory policies
- Prepare daily production and performance reports
- Handle machine or workflow issues during shifts
- Maintain smooth workflow between departments
Required Skills
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes
- Understanding of industrial sewing machines and production lines
- Leadership and team management abilities
