Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day FRP rebar production activities.
• Plan production against daily and monthly targets and customer requirements.
• Allocate work to production workers and monitor performance.
• Ensure proper operation of production machines and equipment.
• Monitor raw material consumption and minimize wastage.
• Ensure products meet required quality standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with production, quality, stores, maintenance, and dispatch teams.
• Maintain production, machine, attendance, and material consumption records.
• Identify production issues and coordinate timely maintenance resolution.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of finished goods.
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and safety standards on the production floor.
• Train workers on production, quality, and safety procedures.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
• Good manpower handling and team-management skills.
• Ability to achieve production targets under deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of quality control and production documentation.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel and production reporting.
• Strong communication, discipline, and leadership skills.

Experience and Education

• Two to five years of manufacturing, FRP, or rebar production experience is preferred.
• A Diploma, B.Tech, or B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Civil, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Knowledge of FRP or composite rebar manufacturing is preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month.
