We’re seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our CNC machining and Packing teams on 2nd shift. This role is critical in ensuring smooth daily operations, driving accountability, and developing a high-performing team while delivering high-quality products that impact patients’ lives.
Lead, coach, and hold your team accountable for performance, quality, and safety standards.
Maintain strong floor presence to actively support, mentor, and troubleshoot with your team.
Plan, prioritize, and oversee daily CNC and Packing production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and operational efficiency.
Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Planning to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to regulated processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and follow through on process enhancements to reduce scrap, improve throughput, and standardize best practices.
At least 5+ years supervising production operations (medical device, highly regulated, and/or precision manufacturing experience preferred).
Technical knowledge of CNC machining, tooling, and process troubleshooting is a strong plus.
Proven ability to lead and develop teams, hold people accountable, and maintain a positive, high-performing culture.
Experience in production planning, cross-functional collaboration, and executing continuous improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments (ISO 13485, FDA) is a plus.
