Fleming and Baron, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is seeking a Production Supervisor – Day Shift to join our team at our Woodbridge, Ontario manufacturing facility. In this role, you’ll lead operations within the Door Department during the day shift and support our commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

What would you do as our Production Supervisor? You’ll be responsible for supervising daily production operations during the day shift (7:00 pm - 3:30 am), leading a team of employees, ensuring product quality, achieving production targets, and supporting on-time delivery while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Ensure production teams and processes comply with all company and regulatory safety and quality standards

Plan and assign daily work to meet production schedules and departmental goals

Ensure customer orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time

Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support current and future production needs

Train, motivate, coach, and evaluate employees; address performance and discipline as needed

Develop and report production metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

Identify productivity trends and recommend improvements to enhance performance

Participate in process improvement and lean initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency

Promote positive employee relations, communication, and teamwork across all shifts
