Role Description
- The Production Specialist role is a part time hybrid position based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home.
- The Production Specialist will coordinate and execute production planning activities to support certification projects and related program deliverables.
- Daily responsibilities include organizing production schedules, monitoring workflow, and collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and outputs.
- The role involves overseeing quality control checks, updating production documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- The Production Specialist will also assist in training team members on production processes and tools, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders on timelines, risks, and requirements.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Production Planning and Production Management skills to organize workflows and meet project deadlines.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
