Production Shift Supervisor

Identify opportunities to improve People, Products, Processes, Procedures, Safety, and Productivity.

Lead and participate in root cause analysis and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Recommend improvements to production methods, equipment utilization, and processes.

Challenge the status quo and encourage your team to bring forward ideas and solutions.

Turn problems into opportunities to improve performance.

3+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience leading production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Ability and willingness to work rotating continental shifts.

Knowledge of blown film or cast film extrusion is a strong asset.

Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills.

Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, health & safety, and quality systems.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Ability to analyze information, identify root causes, and make sound decisions under pressure.

A hands-on leadership style with the ability to hold people accountable while building strong working relationships.

A genuine continuous improvement mindset and the drive to make things better.
