Partner with Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, and other departments to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
Make employee safety the top priority on every shift.
Ensure employees understand and follow established procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements.
Complete accident/incident investigations and follow up on corrective actions.
Conduct required quality, safety, and housekeeping audits.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to analyze information, identify root causes, and make sound decisions under pressure.
A hands-on leadership style with the ability to hold people accountable while building strong working relationships.
A genuine continuous improvement mindset and the drive to make things better.
