Crafted Highlights: In the role of Production Service Scheduling Analyst working in Albany, GA , you will be part of the Production Services department in brewery operations. You will be responsible for Developing and maintaining production schedules for Packaging or Brewing Operations to meet Supply Chain demand while optimizing overall brewery throughput. This position reports to the Line Lead - Warehouse and works closely with the Packaging Operational Teams. What Youll Be Brewing : Create and optimize the Brewery / DC outbound Finished Goods Shipment plan utilizing the Load Builder / TM business applications. Manage the Material Planning and Scheduling process in support of the brewery production schedule and manufacturing process requirements. To accomplish these objectives analysts must analyze demand, mix, volume, and timing while adjusting for brewery process capabilities and constraints. Communicates and coordinates the production and execution plans in a leadership role across brewery functions. Update shipments in SAP, including product swaps, cuts, and date moves. Report and monitor FGCS loss and overage beer. Partner with the Warehouse Beer Flow team to optimize daily and weekly shipment volumes. Serve as backup support for the Transportation Specialist. Provide weekend support for Beer Flow. Managing the outside 3PL warehouse inventory. You are a skilled negotiator focused on the client; your constant curiosity fosters your innovative style and you can equally execute ideas given to you We prefer you have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or like field. You will preferably have APICS certification Your experience will include a minimum of two (2) year experience in production planning /scheduling and preferably experience with linear programming and data warehouse reporting You love a challenge. Pay and Benefits: At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do. Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings : $69,800.00 - $91,600.00 (posting salary range) + 10 % target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days). The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
