Overview
- Assist in all production activities as per the given daily production plan.
- Utilize shop floor experience to supervise and manage blue-collar staff effectively.
- Allocate workers daily according to the approved work plan.
- Support workers with health and safety matters and coordinate with the corporate office when required.
- Ensure sufficient availability of RM/PM on a daily basis for smooth production operations.
- Provide support in the production process to achieve daily production targets.
- Take full responsibility for executing daily, weekly, and monthly production targets as per the plan provided by the Factory Manager
