Production Planning and Operations
- Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with customer demand and capacity constraints.
- Analyze inventory levels and forecast demand to optimize stock and minimize excess inventory costs.
- Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely availability of production raw materials.
- Monitor production processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
- Use ERP systems to track production data and generate reports for decision-making and planning.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and logistics to synchronize activities and improve production efficiency.
Performance and Compliance
- Assess production performance metrics to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity and waste reduction.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
Requirements
