Production Processing Operator - Day Shift - Ingleburn, NSWMonday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - 7am-5pm (Days shift)Attractive hourly rate + overtime and CSR benefitsTraining provided for all candidates.Career development opportunitiesFast paced environment that encourages growth About the roleThe Production Processing Operator role is a Full-Time position, based at our site in Bradford Ingleburn, NSW. Reporting to the Line Manager, your focus will be on operating a range of fixed and mobile plant in a fast-paced environment to manufacture high quality insulation.Shift - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - 7am-5pm (Days shift)In this role you will:Champion a safety-first culture within the factory in pursuit of a zero-harm environment ensuring to Never Walk Past.Operating machinery and ensuring materials are produced to the commercial standard, performing quality checks as required.Identify and report equipment and product faults.Unload and stage (put away) various products.Be involved in identifying risks and hazards and contributing to initiatives that focus on improving quality.Housekeeping and other duties as required. What you bring to the roleA great work ethic and strong commitment to safe work practices & high regard for safetyAbility to interact well with others and join the team.The ability to multitask in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.High attention to detail, with good mechanical mind and trouble shooting ability.Computer literacyWillingness to work a rotating roster.Proven success in a similar role, preferably in a high volume, multiple stage continuous manufacturing / factory environment is desirable.Strong understanding of production operationsWhat we offerWe strive to support your professional and personal growth.
